Last night I went and watched a local band who I have been desperate to see for a while now. All the members have known each other since primary school, (the same school I went to!) and they are now all at secondary school together. With their common interest in music it has resulted in them forming the band 'Standard Issue'.... And oh my are they a talented lot!
They played at our local pub and with it only being their 2nd official gig, the place was crammed! They performed a range of music from the Arctic Monkeys and Oasis to Led zeppelin and Pink Floyd. As you can imagine you have to have some serious talent to pull off songs from those artists but these guys rocked it!
Standard Issue are going to go far!
