Snow day

Today was a wonderful day.... I woke up to a white world! I have been dying to do a shoot in the snow for years and never had the chance, so a very spontaneous shoot it was! I got my good friend Georgia to model, as she has done a lot of modelling for me in the past. She is really easy to work with, natural in front of the camera and not forgetting, always looks great! I chose her to wear the blue dress to get a great contrast in colour against the snow. I once again, I absolutely loved working with my new 50mm. It creates a great shallow DOF adding a professional, artistic edge to the images. Really looking forward using it for film. If more snow arrives then watch out for a short film!
